Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Austral Tone plugins. This policy explains when you can get a refund.

Try before you buy

Because software licenses cannot be "returned" once a working key has been issued, we [COMPLETAR: "offer a free, fully functional trial / demo of every plugin" — o describir la limitación de la versión demo]. We encourage you to evaluate the plugin thoroughly before purchasing.

When we offer refunds

We will provide a refund within [COMPLETAR: p. ej. 14] days of purchase if:

• the plugin does not work as described and we are unable to resolve the issue, or
• you purchased by mistake and have not [COMPLETAR condición, p. ej. "activated the license"].

When we may decline a refund

• Requests made after the refund window above.
• Issues caused by an unsupported host, operating system, or hardware, where the system requirements were clearly stated.
• "Buyer's remorse" after the plugin has been working as described, at our discretion.

How to request a refund

Email support@australtone.com with your order number and the reason for the request. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record, so approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. You can also manage your order from the receipt email Lemon Squeezy sent you.

License keys after a refund

If a purchase is refunded, the associated license key is considered void and may be revoked in future plugin updates.
